  • Online identifiers (Device/Client ID), GA4 events (scrolling, clicks, form submissions).
  • Performance/security data (for example through hosting/CDN services like Cloudflare if applicable).

  • Third parties: Google (Analytics/Tag Manager/reCAPTCHA), Meta (Pixel), hosting provider, CDN provider, Cookie Banner provider, CRM/email-marketing (if applicable).

2) How We Use the Information

  • Responding to inquiries and handling your requests.
  • Providing legal services after proper engagement and compliance with identification and client verification obligations under the law.
  • Website operation, security, analytics (GA4), tag management (GTM), improving user experience.
  • Permitted marketing under the law (Section 30a of the Communications Law) – mailing/messages/WhatsApp with consent and opt-out option.

  • Analytics/cookie data: According to Google/Meta settings and cookie banner preferences (2-26 month ranges are common, subject to provider changes).
  • Marketing communications: Until removal request or per mailing system policies.

8) Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • Request access/copy/correction of incorrect/outdated information;
  • Request deletion in certain cases;
  • Limit/object to certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent (for example for marketing/non-essential cookies) – without affecting the legitimacy of past processing;
